Choose your role and find out how to search for work, assignments or a suitable candidate more easily.

How can you improve your chances of finding work?

You can use several ways of searching at the same time.

  1. Apply to job offers

    Choose offers that suit you. (You can send up to 3 applications per company, including direct applications. After the third, there is a one-hour pause: the company already has your contact details. You can apply to other companies straight away.)

  2. Apply directly to companies

    In the employer directory you can go from company to company and apply without choosing a specific job offer. It is a quick way to reach different employers and ZZP clients.

  3. Let employers find you

    Register and complete your profile. Signed-in companies can find it in the candidate database. In your account you can update your details and availability and use the available free tools.

    Candidates in all sectors on the portal can also create a free CV.

    More tools, including language learning, are planned.

  4. Search on the map too

    Find offers and employers in your chosen area. For job offers, choose a sector first, then click “Show map”. The map helps you locate companies near the place where you want to work.

How can you reach more candidates?

Use several ways to connect, all in one place.

  1. Describe your company

    Explain who you recruit and which sectors you work in. A description helps suitable candidates and search engines find your company, including people outside the portal.

  2. Post an offer in a few moments

    Paste your offer text. The system will try to fill in the job title, city and hourly rate automatically. Check the details, correct anything needed and publish the offer.

  3. Candidates can find you in several ways

    Through job offers and your profile in the company directory. You can also search for employees or ZZP contractors in the candidate database using filters and a map.

  4. Tell us what could work better

    Email us about anything, from the position of a button to social media connections or an idea for WhatsApp alerts about new candidates. These are suggestions you can send us; we want the portal to suit your needs.
