How do I create a free invoice?

  1. Create a short profile in Construction / Installations and select ZZP assignments. Confirm your email.
  2. Sign in and open ZZP tools. Enter your details, your customer’s details and an invoice number.
  3. Add line items and the correct VAT treatment. Check everything, download the PDF and send it to your customer yourself.

Is the invoice maker free?

Yes. Signed-in users with a ZZP profile can create invoices and download PDFs free of charge.

Do I need to look for assignments?

No. You can use the tools only. “No, not right now” pauses new recruitment contacts while keeping your account available.

Is this accounting software?

This is a simple document maker. You choose the correct VAT treatment, check the details and assign a unique sequential invoice number. Keep the PDF in your own records.

Are invoices stored in my account?

We do not create an online invoice archive. Download the PDF and keep your own copy.

Can I also sign a timesheet?

Yes. The timesheet without a logo is available without signing in. A ZZP account lets you use your own logo.
